PhD Student in Clinical Forensic Psychology | Licensed Private Investigator

Monique Cecil is a distinguished Forensic Professional and the founder of Gemini Legal Pros and Gemini Forensic Academy. 

Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a Forensic Concentration, Monique’s research focuses on the psychological drivers of behavior within the legal and justice systems. 

She concurrently holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice providing her with a unique, multidisciplinary perspective on mental health and behavioral intervention.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Monique is a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas. 

Her real-world experience in high-stakes investigations, background in Cyber Security, and extensive professional history in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud Compliance at major financial institutions allow her to bridge the gap between classroom theory and field reality.

As a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and a dedicated mentor, Monique is committed to empowering the next generation with “Protective Intelligence.” Her curriculum at Gemini Forensics is designed to transform students into critical thinkers who are digitally secure, situationally aware, and prepared for careers in law, psychology, and technology.
