Effective Date: April 2, 2026 Governing Entity: Gemini Legal Pros LLC d/b/a Gemini Forensic Academy

By enrolling in any program, accessing the Digital Evidence Vault, or purchasing vocational materials from Gemini Forensic Academy (“the Academy”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Nature of Services

 

The Academy provides Career and Technical Education (CTE) and forensic science instruction. While led by a Licensed Private Investigator and PhD Candidate, the content provided is for educational and vocational training purposes only.

  • No Professional Advice: Participation does not constitute legal, psychological, or private investigative advice.

  • No Professional Relationship: Enrollment does not establish an investigator-client or therapist-patient relationship with Monique Cecil or Credit Touch Up LLC.

2. Enrollment & Safety

  • Age Requirement: Our programs are designed for middle and high school students. Students under 18 must have explicit parental or guardian consent for enrollment and the handling of laboratory materials.

  • Lab Safety: Students agree to follow all safety protocols outlined in the provided Field Manuals. This includes the proper use of forensic powders and 365nm UV lights. The Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All curriculum, videos, workbooks, and digital assets within the Digital Evidence Vault are the exclusive property of Gemini Forensic Academy.

    • Limited License: Enrollment grants a single-user license for personal educational use.

    • Prohibited Use: Users may not record, redistribute, sell, or publicly display Academy course materials without express written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional, “Investigator-Level” standard of behavior.

    • Integrity: Students are expected to maintain academic honesty in all forensic simulations.

    • Zero Tolerance: Harassment, digital bullying, or the misuse of “Protective Intelligence” techniques for malicious purposes will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Gemini Legal Pros LLC and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Academy or the use of vocational kits. Liability is limited strictly to the total amount paid for the specific course or product in question.

 

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

 

  • 7-Day Grace Period: Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the kit has not shipped and digital content has not been accessed.

  • Physical Kits: The cost of shipped or opened forensic materials will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Voucher Payments: All refunds for TEFA/Odyssey enrollments will be processed back to the student’s state digital wallet according to Texas Education Agency rules.
